Regent Square (Allen House Redevelopment)

|
Developer Speaks with Community It was recently announced that the Allen House apartments that line Allen Parkway and W. Dallas streets will be demolished to make way for a new mixed use center that will include new apartments, condos, office space, and retail. The new village will be named Regent Square. NMCA is excited about this project, but is actively working with the developer to engage the community on the plans and address concerns as they relate to the project. These concerns include neighborhood ingress/egress issues, traffic mitigation, streetscape and pedestrian friendly access.
On March 13th, the developer spoke at the NMCA meeting to give an overview of the project.
- The project developer will contact those directly that signed-in at the March 13th meeting. We will also send out an email blast notifying you of the details.
Getting your questions answered is important. If you have specific questions about the project and how it might impact you, please go to the website and submit the question. The next meeting will be much more effective if the project team can have answers to questions prior to the meeting. |
